Service Agreement for Ques for Success AT Financial Corp

By submitting this form, you ("Client") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement between you and Ques for Success AT Financial Corp ("Company"), located in Milwaukee, WI, and can be contacted at 888-525-0587 or info@quesforsuccess.com.

1. Scope of Services
The Company agrees to provide professional services as selected and outlined by the Client in the form submission. These services may include, but are not limited to:

• LLC Tax Preparation
• Partnership Tax Preparation
• Corporation Tax Preparation
• Accounting
• Bookkeeping
• Business Coaching
• Consult & Action Plan
• Organizational Design
• Minority Business Support

The specific details and scope of the selected services will be determined based on the information provided by the Client.

2. Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay the fees associated with the selected services. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. The Company reserves the right to discontinue services if payment is not made within the agreed time frame.

3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of services. The Company is not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client.

4. Confidentiality
The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client during the course of this agreement, except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Company will perform the selected services with reasonable care and skill. However, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided.

6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the point of termination.

7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Acceptance of Agreement
By submitting this form, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement.
